Possibility to amend the data management rules: VAR Kft. reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules on data management upon prior notice forwarded to the Client.
Possibilities for legal recourse: legal recourse, persuant to the provisions of the Act on Data Protection and of the Civil Code is available in court and the involvement of the data protection commissioner can also be solicited.
