shutterstock151903118-vagott.jpgThe importance of human resources becomes most strikingly obvious when thinking about the value chain within the service sector.  To generate reasonable profits and to develop, keeping its existing customers and gaining their long-term loyalty is of crucial importance for a service company.  Customers are loyal if they are satisfied and they tend to be satisfied with a service if all elements of that service were valuable for the customers. Value, however, can only be transmitted by satisfied, loyal and highly qualified employees.  To allow our own employees to meet these criteria, the role of human resources and benefits becomes more pronounced. Since several of our staff members have been working for VAR for over 20, 10, or 5 years, we are confident that we can be competitive in this regard as well.
